Do I retain control over my money?
MedBill Compliance Group, Inc. will never receive any monies on you and/or your
practice behalf. All payments are mad out and received by you/your practice.

       How fast is my reimbursement?
All Claims processed electronically are given priority processing to any paper claims. This
results in a typical 7-day turn-around. Paper claims have a longer processing period.

       Do I have to sign a contract?
We are strictly HIPAA compliant. We are “business associates” of your practice under
HIPAA guidelines. To align all processes of your practice a counterpart would be
extended.

        Are my patient records maintained by my office?
Absolutely! Any record(s) and/or information needed by our specialist will be acquired
via a secure HIPAA exchange/transfer

        What would be the responsibility of my office staff?
A continuum of excellent care and service to your patients that is sure to grow new
providers to your practice and make visible new patient referrals.

        I am hopeless with a computer. Do I need special software?
Knowledge of email and a web browser will give you a good bill of health. There is no
software to buy or install.

        Does MedBill Compliance Group, Inc. provide claim reports?
MedBill compliance Group, Inc. provides secure, HIPAA compliant claim reporting

        Can I bill the same client for multiple sessions in one day?
Without prior authorization, the rule permits one session, per patient, per day. Dual
designees have greater window to permit dual billing.

        Do sessions need to be pre-authorized?
Typically no! Basic office visit(s), therapy session(s) and/or initial session (intake) do not
need authorization; however it is always best to check with issuing insurance. When in
